The Course

This course has remained the same for the past 3 years, we believe it is the best to date and has proven very popular with participants.

The race will start at the Youghal Road Dungarvan with a short loop around Mitchell St., then down Collins Road, back out the Youghal road through the roundabout past Whelan signs before taking a sharp right, down past GSK and Dungarvan G.A.A. grounds to The Spring roundabout, taking a left out past the old glass factory. From there runners will head out towards Bushy Park and take a left down to the canal Road coming out at Ring cross. Runners will then proceed to run back in the Youghal road before finishing in the Industrial Estate at the back of Microchem (Lancaster) laboratories.

The men's record is currently held by Sean Hehir (Rathfarnham 49.25) while Maria McCambridge (Letterkenny) holds the ladies record of 55.58.
